We are currently expanding our team and we have several openings for intermediate and senior Staffing Consultants/Recruiters.
Your role will be to work with the Spice Account Manager and the Client to:
Understand and internalize recruiting requirements by studying the requirements of the position and the goals of the hiring manager and the company. Meet with managers to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting candidates through contacts, social media, job boards and other direct methods.
Source, screen, interview and select candidates for open positions
Match applicant skills and qualifications to job requirements. Interview applicants; analyze responses; verify references.
Arrange client's interviews by coordinating schedules and ensuring candidates are available and professionally presented.
Provide consultative support to clients for their recruitment needs.
Create profiles of candidates for hiring manager's review
Manage the process through our Applicant Tracking System
Identify opportunities to improve client service and satisfaction
