To live into our vision of uplifting others to be more successful than ever before and fuel the growth of our successful diamond specialty business, we are searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Spence Diamonds Store Support Center team, located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will build, lead and implement our company-wide talent acquisition strategy for our high performance, professional sales team.
1. Create, drive and implement a company-wide talent acquisition strategy – with a strong focus on recruiting professional sales management and professional sales candidates.
2. Create and implement a full cycle recruiting process to effectively identify and hire top talent.
3. Opportunity for growth in scope of responsibilities to include developing and implementing various talent management strategic components, such as employer branding, onboarding, reward & recognition and retention programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Full Cycle Recruiting experience in a professional sales organization/industry
- Strong track record of success in talent acquisition and recruiting for a professional sales organization or within a professional sales industry
- Proven background in developing high impact strategies and building infrastructure from the ground up
- University degree; ideally in Business, Organizational Development, or Human Resources Management
- Masters of Business Administration would be an asset
