On a day to day basis you spend almost your whole day on the phone and dealing with customers with financial problems/concerns. Management can be difficult at times, you have to be able to figure a lot of things out on your own or depend on your co-workers to help you if you are stuck. The hardest part of the job is having to work by yourself fairly often. In this type of industry, there should always be more than one person there at a time, but for the most part, you are almost always by yourself.
