We're looking for help to coordinate our projects - consulting with the customer about their needs, providing estimates, and following up on execution and delievery. We need someone who is comfortable spending about 20% of their day targetting new customers, either on the phone, or by email, and the rest of the day helping our production manager ensure everything else is running smoothly. This isn't just about being organized, it's about process and focus.
If you have a to-do list on your fridge that you actually get done, and you cycle your freezer when you bring home new food, this might be just the role for you. If your fridge is covered with the same post-it notes you put there 6 months ago, and your vacuum is still right where you left it last week when you stopped in the middle of cleaning to see who would win Celebrity Food Challenge (not that there's anything wrong with that), then you may want to just be a customer.
We use Excel alot, so it would be great if you did too. But it's not that difficult of a program, so as long as you're not program-challenged, we should be able to teach you. It's really important that you're good on the phone with customer service. If that means "friendly and nice" to you, you'll want to stick to being a customer. If you're smiling and nodding right now because you understand exactly what we mean, we encourage you to apply.
We're fun, imaginative, and flexible, and we love our customers. Let us know if you're looking for full time or part time, and for the right person, we can look at any option that is a good fit for both of us. A marketing and project coordination background would be ideal, but it's more about the skillset and the values.
