Are you an experienced and organized account manager looking for a rewarding new career challenge in corporate sales? We are now hiring a Corporate Account Manager for our growing restaurant software sales team in Abbotsford.
This role is primarily responsible for developing and closing new customers from existing corporate account opportunities, which includes recruiting, managing and expanding relationships to drive sales.
Main functions of this role:
-Take a strategic approach to sales, ensuring effective mining of the designated territory and assigned corporate accounts
-Work with the Sales Supervisor to manage the sales process, sales funnel and pipeline
-Work directly with Sales Manager to provide assistance in closing the corporate sale and working through the transition period from corporate to franchisees.
-Follow defined Account Management Process to ensure they maintain ownership and are the Single Point of Contact with Corporate Accounts
-Use critical questions and provide expert insights into how SpeedLine can be used as a tool to help them run a better pizza business.
-Build sales funnel through constant contact with prospects, and update all information collected in CRM.
-Complete product demos, conduct a needs analysis and provide all information necessary for prospects and customers to make an informed decision.
-Review and evaluate market conditions and, based on analyses, design and develop aggressive sales strategies, with Sales Manager, to increase sales volume potential.
-Create appropriate SpeedLine system configurations for customers' needs, including software and hardware options.
-Develop quotes, proposals, and SpeedLine solution cost options for prospects and customers.
-Liaise with the Sales Supervisor to contribute to and establish effective processes that support the sales function.
-Communicate with the Sales Supervisor on current installs and follow up; update install report weekly.
-Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to collect all required documentation for completed sales.
-Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant business, sales or marketing discipline.
-Sales and account management training.
-5-7 years proven direct sales and account management experience preferably with a software company or similar business-to-business sales environment.
-Strong business and financial acumen to understand the financial needs of the prospects and to determine which prospects and opportunities are worth pursuing.
-Proven ability to qualify leads, use consultative approach to sales and close deals.
-Experience in funnel management, lead tracking and account management, in a professional sales environment.
-Natural networker, relationship builder and closer.
-Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking, planning, time management and decision making skills,
-Demonstrated ability to develop and retain strong client relationships.
-Good knowledge of the software sales environment, POS or other enterprise wide systems.
-Good verbal, written, presentation, consultative selling, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills, outgoing, confident, authentic personal presentations.
-Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and database software.
