The Receptionist is primarily responsible for providing switchboard, reception, and information services. It is the first point of contact for all clients, customers, visitors and suppliers in a busy office.
Operates a 12-line Meridian phone, takes all incoming calls, screens and transfers calls as well as greeting visitors and connecting both calls and visitors to the appropriate individuals. Coordinates all courier deliveries incoming/outgoing. Other clerical support duties as requested.
Previous experience on busy switchboard an asset.
Excellent communication skills, computer skills, ability to handle high volume of calls in a diplomatic professional manner.
