Vernal office is not friendly
Staffing and Temp Service (Former Employee), Vernal, UT – July 14, 2012
Most of the temps working through SOS in Vernal, UT, have nothing but negative comments about dealing with the SOS office and manager. They are unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude to new people walking in the office looking for work to the temps sent out through the office.

Good
Temporary assignment (Former Employee), Bakersfield, CA – July 11, 2012
Nice people in the Bakersfield office. I did not so much get that "herded like cattle" feeling like I've heard some temp agencies do. Worked with a couple of other "temps" who were pretty good guys to get to know. Yes,I would do it over again!

Sos Staffing, Otterbox
OtterBox, Customers Service Representative (Current Employee), Fort Collins, CO – July 3, 2012
Took inbound calls for OtterBox answering phone calls and emails regarding warranties issues. I provided customers with a detailed description of how the product works and how the product benefits them. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the fraudulent calls we would get. I enjoyed talking to different people around the world.

Poor posting. It was not available from the first day it was posted. SOS staffing is slow to remove filled positions.

10 hour days equals lots of pay.
Quality Assurance - Microelectronics Plexus (Former Employee), Nampa, ID – June 18, 2012
Pros: pay was good and work was steady, i had a vcr and we could record the shows i missed in the day.
Cons: if you had night shift you might not see your family, and had to pay bills when you wanted to sleep.
As QA/QC at Plexus I spent 10 hours a day looking for defects, part placement, soldier forms, and first builds with a microscope. I compaired this to online data showing minimum soldier flow and defect limits, putting little red arrow stickers on defects, and logging failure codes. I also inspected products being assembled, sometimes marking of each – more... of the four steps to put it together.

The highlight of my day was looking at circuits that resembled Aztec temples and golden roads, and at times finding huricane style disasters on something less then 1/8th of an inch big. – less
