We are currently looking for a versatile, stable and committed individual to join our office as a Receptionist / Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant. In addition to the main office tasks, and individual should be a good team player and coordinate with all office staff.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience or with related accounting studies
- Pays attention to details & accurate with numbers
- Works independently & team oriented
- Problem solver with excellent organizational skills
- Possess excellent knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word...)
- Experience with a construction company is an asset
