National Sales Director
Experienced and passionate individual to join Soluzione Spa Products’ team. Soluzione Spa Products is the new Canadian distributor of Kerstin Florian International Luxury Spa Skincare Products.
- Work with an experienced team with a successful proven track record.
- Achieve Canadian Sales Plans.
- Responsible for acquiring new spa partners in Canada.
- Work closely with the Spa Advisor team on new property development, existing service levels and acquiring menu market share.
- Develop and execute a new Medical Spa strategy in Canada utilizing the K-Lift, Age Management System, Correcting Skincare and key Essentials Products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales plans.
- Develop and coach local Spa Advisor teams to achieve retail and professional sales plans by property.
- Prospect new property locations.
- Work directly with each Spa Advisor to increase market share within each spa property.
- Develop new strategic program to reach Medial and Wellness Spa Facilities. Develop treatment programs, product assortment and service strategy.
- Create new property proposals based upon prospecting opportunities.
- Work on corporate special event strategies.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Required:
- MUST have a minimum five years’ experience directly with the Kerstin Florian International Products, or a related skincare line.
- Experience with selling, managing and prospecting leads.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proven success with sales.
- Education is cosmetic sciences or esthetics.
