At Solareh, we're growing our sales and service team team again! This time we're seeking a dynamic sales and account management star for a new role based in Alberta. Relationships are key to our growth and success, so the satisfaction of our insurer, channel, and corporate partners is the primary concern of the business development team at Solareh. We only grow when our partners are happy and satisfied.
We're a leader in the Healthy Work business, so you'll be selling Employee and Manager Assistance programs, health and wellness solutions, training, counselling, and the other products that comprise our suite.
In addition, this Alberta-based Account Executive will provide strategic and tactical support to their assigned book of business. Customers may be group benefits insurers or employers, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the appropriate implementation, growth and retention of each account. The Senior Account Executive will be charged with supporting channel partners in the sales process, and will lead the sales process with regard to direct accounts.
Ultimately, the Senior Account Executive is responsible for growth, retention and customer satisfaction in their assigned territory.
Provide quality account management services to customers located in their assigned territory
Manage expectations and act as first point of contact for all insurers and intermediaries in assigned territory.
Grow the business in their assigned territory by growing the current value of existing business and by selling new business according to the annual sales plan
Prospect and build new business relationships and convert to new revenue
Provide data and analysis to customers and advisors
Sell additional Solareh services to existing customers
Deliver dynamic sales presentations & provide RFP leadership
Act as a strategic consultant to the customer
Take responsiblity for negotiating renewals
Develop and manage account plans for each account
Desired Skills & Experience
Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience providing account management services within the EAP, Wellness, Group Insurance, or related human services industry
B2B selling and account executive experience
Dynamic presentation skills
Excellent writing abilities
Candidates with knowledge and experience with the group benefits industry and specifically the broker/advisor/consultant community will experience a much shorter learning curve
Preference will be given to candidates who have relationships and experience in Alberta and Saskatchewan
Regular travel within the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan is expected
Occasional overnight travel will be required and candidate must have a valid driver’s license and own a car
