Sales here is not for those that like the typical work/corporate structure. It is for those that want to be paid what they are worth, not what others deem them to be worth. A typical day at SBC is all about being accountable to yourself. Need to make more calls? More follow-ups? Ask for coaching? It's on you to initiate. Good thing is, when you ask, you will receive at SBC. The culture is based on growth and support from within the team. This is a necessity since the solar industry in Canada is consistently changing which forces us to learn and adapt accordingly. The hardest part of the job is detaching your emotions as you are scaling up your pay cheque. Going from 3 figures in 2 weeks, to 4 figures, to 5 figures isn't for the weak. It is for the go-getters; the ones that want to not only make a difference in the world by shaping our electricity infrastructure in the country, but also want to learn key lessons of successful entrepreneurship and making the money that comes with it.
