Supervise Kitchen Staff Effectively , Complete Ordering Weekly, Complete and Review Daily HACCP logs, Make sure Kitchen stays Organized and runs Efficiently
Implement and use FIFO guidelines
Direct and Prepare Dinner and lunch for 200 + Clients
Be able to hold Safety Meetings and attend them in the morning
Complete Monthly Inventories By Weight and Cases

Requirement:
WHIMIS Provided online if not current
First Aid level 1/ CPR
Red seal Certificate
Yukon Supervisor Core competencies " Yukon mining association"
Food Safe

Drug and Alcohol Screening is required Sodexo will provide appointment Date and times
for Site Access

Non Slip Footwear is Required and mandatory at cost of Employee
Uniforms are provided

Be Assertive, Organized and be able to pay attention too detail and Cost
