Accountabilities:
-Provide financial advice and recommendations to the Senior Leaders of Operations of Corporate Services
-Responsible for developing, preparing and analyzing financial reports including analyzing key variances and monitoring progress of action plans to improve results
-Lead both budget and forecast processes, responsible for budget & forecast consolidation and review for Corporate Services
-Provide support to Operations in order to ensure accurate results and help improve profitability
-Participate in some new business and rebid contract costing in conjunction with the Deal Structure and Pricing Department
-Participate in strategic retention sessions relates to all large deals that are coming up for rebid
-Monitor cash-flow to improve cash position from DSO and % current perspectives
-Perform site audits and develop detailed action plans to correct the issues found
-Periodic review of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of the balances
-Track and review Key Results Indicators
-Respond and provide follow-up to audit related tasks
-Monitor capital spending
-Provide financial training support for operations
-Provide financial support on ad-hoc projects
-Analysis of Contract Compliance as required

Growth and Development:
5+ years experience in Controller role supporting operations
-Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent
-Accreditations such as CGA/CMA/CPA are preferred
-Experience with third party provider or outsourced services
-Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and database applications
-Bilingual is a strong asset
