Accountabilities:

We are an institutional kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 20+ employees who pride themselves in their jobs and employer. We are looking for a committed candidate that thrives in a professional setting serving high-profile clienteles.

Schedule is as followed:
Saturday, Sunday: 9 AM -1 PM (Brunch Service)
Monday, Tuesday: 11:30 AM -7:30 PM or 1 PM - 7:30 PM (Dinner Service)
Position will commence ASAP
No benefits will be offered for this position, sorry...

23 hours per week with possibility to acquire more hours through caterings and functions. This is an ideal position for mature individuals who have had experience cooking for 150+ people daily (brunch and/or dinner) and have knowledge for vegetarian and gluten-free dining and in need of part-time work, or someone that has full-time work and would like to gain extra income.

Growth and Development:
Minimum two years experience is required and prefer someone that had done batch cooking or institutional cooking but with high quality ingredients and results.

Duties include:
Cooking brunch and dinner for 150+ people independently
Help with catering functions (additional work hours will be available)
Interacting professionally with clients
Cleaning and storing food items in accordance to HACCP and company's Health and Food Safety Regulations.

You MUST have:
Food Safe Level 1 Certificate and at least two years experience.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Great positive attitude with a strong sense of cleanliness
A clean criminal records check will be required for successful applicants.
