Business Development Associate - Integrated Saas Video Solutions
We’re looking for experienced, aggressive, quota driven Business Development Associates to add to our growing sales and partner management team. Working directly with our Director of Sales you will be part of a team responsible for driving recurring sales growth from a pool of new and existing partners within our reseller channel of digital agencies, SEO, SEM, and website design and development companies across North America.

- Work with existing reseller partners and a pool of newly signed partners to integrate our suite of products into their services and drive recurring sales
- Ask qualifying questions to understand partners needs, challenges and pain points and offer compelling solutions
- Negotiate and cross sell products to create win–win opportunities with our existing and new partners
- Become an expert by developing and maintaining a strong understanding and knowledge of the company's products, industry, technologies and competitive landscape
- Utilize our CRM to provide accurate weekly and monthly sales pipeline and forecasts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas

Desired Skills and Experience
In addition to initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and being a team player, the following is desired:
- Minimum 3+ years of business development or sales experience in a related field such as web marketing, digital media, advertising, online directories or content
- An expert in B2B inside sales
- Outstanding listening, oral and written business communication skills
- Motivated, tenacious, confident and passionate about sales and helping clients succeed
- Extensive experience with consultative solution selling approach that relies on understanding business needs and providing strong recommendations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Comfortable presenting on the phone and conducting online webinars
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills at various levels
- Smart, creative, assertive and ability to manage time effectively
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience a definite asset
