Full time Administrative Assistant required for a dynamic research and data management company for our NE Calgary head office. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will assist our data management and research teams with effective organization, communication, and document management.
Responsibilities
Daily use of Microsoft Office and our in-house software
Managing research related documentation
Setting up meetings and assisting with the preparations of agendas and meeting minutes
Providing document control
Drafting letters, memos, and data entry
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining various databases and generating reports
Managing project call-ups and client services
Maintaining, reviewing, formatting, and submitting document procedures in databases
Assisting with on-boarding of new hires
Completion of monthly reports and reconciliation of work reports
Perform reception and dispatch duties when required
Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Business Management or related degrees mandatory
Minimum 3 years practical experience.
Previous experience with records management, litigation support, and proficiency with databases an asset
Experience with HR support also an asset
Ensure your resume directly speaks to your computer, database, and data entry experience
Able to work under pressure and receive instruction from multiple people
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
