Absolutely poorly managed organization, upper management will not speak to you, as for the pay they make deals to get new employees which are not honored once accepted. The human resources manager will only work against you never with you to correct issues which seem to be inline with other management within this organization, the HR manager is difficult
– more... to deal with and I have seen his staff come and go as they do not want to work for him. In the time I was there not one good thing was said about him by anyone in the company. If your get injured at work he will go out of his way to push wsib to not pay you or hands our discipline letters without a proper investigation, he has no idea about the business which make it hard to manage without support. The hardest part of the job is management speaks out of both side's of there mouth. They ask you to make necessary changes but fight you when you try. When someone is on vacation no relief is given I at one point carried 4 job roles for a week without a thanks or offer any assistance, it is just expected by management. Overall of any organization I have been in a management role one of the worst run, please read this review thoroughly before you accept any position within this company. – less
