Sky Zone Recreational Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager. This position requires a high energy, highly organized individual with the ability to provide excellent customer service and staff management in a fun, fast paced environment. As the General Manager of the first Canadian Sky Zone facility you will be the key member of our four person management team. You are a proven leader who is passionate about customer service, healthy recreation, community, and running a great business. You think on your feet, problem solve creatively, and know how to inspire your staff to be the best they can be.

Reporting to the owner you will direct and oversee all functions of the facility, including: developing and implementing policy; maintaining a safe and functional operating environment; monitoring daily operations; preparing and managing the budget, fund expenditures, marketing strategies, invoices, supplies, and vendor requirements; maintaining the facility; and retaining overall responsibility for facility and staff.

Qualifications:
Prior facility management
Ability to work nights/weekends
Minimum of 5 years of personnel management
Minimum of 5 years of business budget experience
Risk management experience

Maintain customer and email databases Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Open and close facility, Manager on Duty shifts
Oversee employee hiring, training, HR
documentation, and evaluations
Maintain Sky Zone Policies and Procedures in all
aspects of the facility
Process payroll
Scheduling and evaluations for Operations Manager
and Event Manager
Have deposits ready for pickup every week
Submit deposit reports, payroll reports, and any other applicable reports weekly
Enforce waiver policy
Schedule regular manager meetings to review issues
and get feedback.
Maintain Petty Cash
Maintain budget
Provide staff with a welcoming and mutually supportive
work environment
Manage or coordinate Quickbooks data entry
Handle customer service issues with discretion and
professionalism
Advocate client safety and satisfaction
Set marketing and sales goals
Develop and coordinate and track all sales and
marketing strategies in conjunction with owner
Bring in outside corporate events
Drive group sales
Maintain relationship with key influencers (schools,
hospitals, corporations, etc.)
