Our industry leading training organization, top in Google, customizes corporate performance improvement training to expand employee skills in many areas such as sales, customer service, accounting, management training, leadership training, and marketing to name a few.
As our business is expanding we need 1-3 seasoned, veteran facilitators / trainers to facilitate workshops specifically in the field of customer service, sales, innovation, time management, email and business etiquette, manager skill development. Interested persons please send us a copy of your resume and a sample of your best conducted workshop (PPT, manual etc) so we can review it before an interview is set up. You must be engaging and interactive and know how to effectively engage an audience.

All selected applicants will be contacted by us and are required to meet our CEO or V.P. for a small 1 on 1 interview, and potential 10 minute presentation on your best topic. This is a on call part time role where we pay competitive half day or full day facilitation fees. Included in this fee are that you create the PPT, participant manual, and 1-2 handouts per workshop, depending on client needs, and printing of documents.
The type of trainer we want is an engaging interactive person who trains 20% theory, 40% practice in class and 40% discussion. If you only talk to the PPT, please do not call. You will train audience groups of 5 to 20 persons . Although this is a contract position, on call, it can become a long term position depending on your quality of work, professionalism and training audience feedback
