Our client supplies, installs and maintains people counting systems, vehicle counting systems and vehicle guidance systems.

They are seeking a Support Services/Help Desk Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support for customer base with daily monitoring of customer sites

- First point of contact for all service related issues/track and resolve issues to completion

- Provide support for technicians in field

- Provide support for new customer installations

- On-going development on product lines becoming subject matter expert

- Author and maintain documentation

Must Have Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years help desk experience with custom application support

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

- Excellent documentation skills (Office 2010)

- PC setup and configuration

- Windows XP, Vista, 7 64-bit.8

- Internet platforms (Java, JRE)

- Remote tools (Teamviewer, RDP, Webex, GotoMeeting)

- Networking (NIC configuration, TCP/IP configuration, 10BT)

- Communications (RS232, RS422)

- Hands-on component/equipment replacement and customer sites

- Able to safely handle ladders and heights

Additional Skills:

- SQL databases

- Clean driver's abstract

- Able to travel to customer sites locally, CANADA, US
