Challenging consulting engineering position with lots of opportunity to see the world.
Reliability Engineer (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 20 September 2017
- Extensive travel across the country - Possibility for advancement - Pay outstripped by inflation despite excellent performance reviews - Toronto office has a subsidized cafeteria and lots of group events, rest of the countries offices are informed about these events and not unfortunately included in them or given equivalents. - excessive workload and long hours leads to burnout
Excellent experience through exposure to numerous industries
Long hours, excessive travel, no/little overtime compensation, lack of personnel leads to excessive work load
Overall my experience working at SKF Canada was very positive, as the work atmosphere was very easygoing with few restrictions, rather than qualifying the simple daily work quota. Management was very friendly and approachable.
Very positive and family oriented work atmosphere
Not much room for growth as I was in a Summer position
