every easy
personal support worker (Former Employee), Pembroke, ONDecember 13, 2014
Pros: suppers free
Cons: 8 hours
you work with a few other co-workers, you are working for nun's that have a set routine and eat very simple foods, you help them get up and get dressed or getting ready for bed, you serve them there meals. you talk with them and you find there likes and dis-likes you would do activities with them but i found they love to watch there TV set and the waltons. you would make there beds clean up there room with them do the dishes get them snacks doing the day
the nun would allow you to have dinner with them and share in with there food.
but being an easy and very light work so when you work with other co-worker they would go off and read a paper. or if you are ask to go to the drug store and your partner is alone you are told all the ladys would be doing everything and it was hard they never want to be let alone,,,,
