The role of Sales Mortgage Specialist is that of direct telephone sales. Your performance will be measured against quarterly and Annual quotas. -Deliver established sales targets
-Continuous learning - product knowledge, selling skills and relationship management techniques
-Produce detailed sales reports
-Close sales by effectively managing the sales process from start to finish while ensuring appropriate involvement of third party participants such as family members, children, lawyer, etc.
-Managed and proactively respond to incoming leads in order to convert these leads in sales
-Minimum 5-7 years of successful sales experience with particular emphasis selling in a commission driven environment
-Experience in financial services, real estate or insurance sales is a definite asset
-Able to demonstrate previous success stories
-Strong understanding of the financial services environment
-Results oriented with a strong understanding of the current financial services environment
-Exceptional communication skills, particularly telephone selling skills and etiquette
-Ability to self manage within a “pay for performance” compensation model
-Superior sales and interpersonal skills
-Superior organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple client files simultaneously
-Base salary of $47,500 plus commissions and bonus
