Recruitment Consultant

Singular Executive is a boutique executive search company that was established in 2011. We list several private, mid-sized and fortune 500 companies as our clients.
The business currently has search partners in Shanghai, Singapore, Australia
Reporting to the Lead consultant, you will deliver flexible, creative and responsive recruitment solutions to hire the best global talent available for your client companies.
To be successful means you will build a global network of candidates and clients, proactively searching, screening and continuously mapping out potential talent and opportunities in the market.
On a day-to-day basis you will ensure regular communication with clients and their respective hiring managers, while managing candidate expectations and the full cycle recruitment process.
The successful candidates will perform the following activities:

• Developing new and existing clients and candidate relationship.
• Develop a highly profitable recruitment desk
• Evaluate candidate requirements and place them into you client companies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
• Screening resumes
• Conducting thorough interviews
• Perform internet research

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Relevant College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Customer service experience
• Self-Motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to function in a highly autonomous, self-structured environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous sales experience an asset
• Desire to succeed (Excellent earning potential)
