The successful candidates will perform the following activities:

  • Oversee Monthly Marketing newsletter
  • Compile and manage data for newsletter and client mailing list .
  • Manage and develop prospecting list for recruiter
  • Source candidates online through Linkedin and other sources
  • Identify and generate leads for recruiter through various online platforms
  • Develop new marketing materials.
  • General Admin and Data Entry for recruitment manager
  • Perform internet research
  • Update website
  • Provide input into Singular’s social networking strategy

Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Relevant College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Customer service experience
  • Self-Motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong understanding of the internet and internet research
  • Ability to function in a highly autonomous, self-structured environment
  • Excellent computer skills / data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to succeed (Excellent earning potential)
