Join our team in the role of Telemarketer, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Purchasing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service over the phone
- Based on a pre-generated target list, contact clients to obtain information on product usage and purchasing patterns
- Introduce specials on products and close sales over phone
- Maintain and improve client relationships and follow up with customers on orders
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Telemarketer or call center experience
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with independent work skills and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
