A typical day working at Simpro solutions was very basic. First things first is punctuality. We should arrive with ten mins to spare before we begin our shift. This is to ensure quality and productivity of each call that was made. Between myself and other colleges we would compete so it didn't make sense being late seeing as the computers took some time to warm up. The management at Simpro Solutions were very personable and easy to approach with anything that you wanted to talk about and it became easy to create friendships with those that held a higher position than you. The hardest part of the job was selling to customers especially since the environment was very relaxed and comfortable, sometimes I would give up b/c of how comfortable I got. The most enjoyable part of the job was the thick skin I obtained while dealing with consumers over the phone who may have been harsh b/c we are calling to sell them something. It was a great creating friendships and lasting memories.
