SUPERINTENDENT

Live-in Superintendent needed for a Condominium Building in Etobicoke, ON. Two bedroom unit will be provided. Superintendent must have knowledge of building machinery/ equipment (boilers, chillers, pool, etc.). Ability to paint and do touch ups. Excellent customer service skills, communication and a sense of responsibility is a must. Experience with condominiums and townhouses preferred.
