Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints regarding the Company's services or products.
Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures.
Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, Unicom/air to ground radio.
Communicating with ramp agent employees in the preparation for all arrival and departure flights.
Bill customers for services rendered.
Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports and other clerical duties.
Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Must possess a valid driver's license. Previous customer service and aviation experience preferred. Professional demeanor and attire is required. Currently looking to fill our Saturday and Sunday afternoon shift, 1400-2200. Can obtain and hold a security clearance through Transport Canada.
