Senior ITSM Implementation Specialist
Sierra Systems is looking for Senior ITSM Implementation Specialists either in Toronto to join the organization full time. The successful candidates will be assigned to different projects and will be on different client sites.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Research, develop, and implement solutions across a broad range of clients.
Help Sierra Systems expand its IT Service Management offerings, including tools, processes, and capabilities to public, and private clients following ITIL practices and using traditional and Cloud-based tools.
Develop requirements and design, configure, upgrade, migrate, and operate market leading service management tools.
Support the implementation of advanced service management capabilities, including process automation, network discovery, and hosting service management tools in a Cloud environment.
Apply knowledge of ITIL and experience with implementing and supporting processes across the ITIL lifecycle.
Support the assessment, evaluation, redesign, and implementation of improved IT services.
Think strategically to adapt to new situations and challenges, learn new and emerging technologies continuously, and apply excellent customer service and communication expertise to collaborate effectively with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients.
Professional Qualifications & Experience
Five years of experience implementing ITSM tools such as (Remedy, Axios assyst, Service Now, HP Service Manager)
Experience developing solution architecture and design documents
Additional Desired/Optional Skills
ITSM Tool Certifications is a strong asset.
Someone who has a consulting background is a strong asset.
