Working at siblings was a great experience for me. I learned something new everyday and was always willing to learn. I was in charge of "loss prevention" was responsible for making sure new emails were posted up on the board and signed by all employees and management. I was also taking on the task of assistant manager. I was working the A.M shift and doing the paper work that was needed. I was also in charge or doing the Sunday shifts with the part-timers and being an example and leading them. Also doing the paper work required for Monday morning. I wouldn't say there was anything hard about this job, the main thing we all focused on was "heads up" which mean I would have to make sure that all times all customers were being helped by one of the girls and making sure they knew who was in the store and who to keep an eye on. The most enjoyable part of this job was that I always had something to do, either it being "stock, sales, transfers, visual, refilling, etc."
