Productive and Fun Workplace
Store Manager (Former Employee), Toronto, ONMarch 7, 2013
Pros: free lunches
Cons: long hours
During a typical day at work, I would be in charge of merchandising the store and the delegation of the tasks for the day. Depending on what day of the week it was, I would also be in charge of making the weekly (monthly) schedule as well as conducting the payroll. I learned the importance of organization while working at Siblings. The management team – more... was excellent as well as the co-workers. The hardest part of this job was dealing with customers, however, with the help of the staff, and sometimes management, the issues were always resolved. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the staff, and building relationships with the customers. – less

A typical day selling clothes
Sales Associate (Former Employee), Cambridge, ONDecember 6, 2012
I loved working here, I would come in and start folding clothes and helping customers right away. I always had friendly customers and loved to give great advice to customers about what to buy their daughters or what would match better with what.

The co-workers were awesome to work with.

Friendly, fun environment. Lots of interaction and communication
Third Key/Customer Service (Current Employee), Brampton, ONJune 19, 2012
Pros: flexible hours
Cons: holiday and extended hours
Typical day at work involves providing customer service. Everyday is different, you learn something new everyday because of the different situations and people you encounter. Very friendly environment, very hands on. The management team is very supportive and understanding. The hardest part of the job is heavy physical things such as recieving shipment – more... and visual. The most enjoyable part is the interaction with the kids and working with great co workers. – less

Productive and fun
Manager (Former Employee), Vaughan, ONJune 5, 2012
Pros: a high volume store w/t constant activity
Cons: very poor work to life balance
A fast paced environment w/t a strong and loyal clientel. A challenging postion to hold if you have a new family and this higher volume store cannot be your "baby."
