Store Manager (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – March 7, 2013
During a typical day at work, I would be in charge of merchandising the store and the delegation of the tasks for the day. Depending on what day of the week it was, I would also be in charge of making the weekly (monthly) schedule as well as conducting the payroll. I learned the importance of organization while working at Siblings. The management team was excellent as well as the co-workers. The hardest part of this job was dealing with customers, however, with the help of the staff, and sometimes management, the issues were always resolved. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the staff, and building relationships with the customers.
