We need Admin Assistant/ Customer Service to personally assist us in our small business operation which we are trying to set up in Ontario Canada and Seeking highly intelligent and organized individual for High-level Admin Assistant/ Customer Service role, with responsibility for keeping busy entrepreneur . We need individuals that are detail oriented, have good problem solving skills, multi-task and organization skills are a must. Most importantly you must have a good attitude and can show up every day.


- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Must be a self-starter who is well organized and can work without a lot of direct supervision; able to ask for direction or additional help when needed.
- Great people skills. Must be able to get along with co-workers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Willing to step up and do "whatever it takes" to complete your work.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities and/or projects at the same time while maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High level of accuracy.
- Two positions available. Monday-Friday, some weekends required.
