I looked forward to going to work everyday. My team were all great people to work with. I particularly liked the fact how everyone relied on my ability to get things done in a timely manner. I felt needed and wanted all the time. This I would say was the most enjoyable part of my job.

Their turnover percentage says it all. Tried them for two months during a layoff. Fortunately my employer called me back. I was going to just walk away.

super long hours and management don't care about you...co workers were cool..had to lift 75lbs bags of paper all day..trucks break down all the time

Shred-It has decent pay and good benefits but with its pay you cant support a family and the equipment isnt dependable

Corp. (Canada) really has no clue about service. They would pull us of the road in the middle of a route because they might have to pay OT. The clients were called, lied to, and R/S'd. Trucks are ancient but working. Office personnel are zombies through no fault of their own. Steer clear. Plenty of jobs that pay more and treat you right.

It was just time for me to move on. Had a good time while it lasted. Would go back tp work there if the company would get out of the "district" concept....it's not working and is just a cost-saving measure and puts a burden on everyone.

No two days are ever the same. My priorities change with every request. My day consists of answering incoming inquiries from new and exisiting customers. Providing support to others in the district.Processing invoices for payment to vendors. Posting incoming payments from customers. Accurately calculate and input hours from timecards into payroll system

Ran route and shredded documents for clients. Wasn't too much time for anything else.

a typical day at work is very tiring i really learned how to be patient. The management wasnt very that good. my co workers were very nice. the hardest part of the job was picking up heavy bags. the most enjoyable was when evryone got along

The day was never boring, full of laughter and very understanding management staff. I learned a lot about coworker relationships and when to do the right things and what to just let go of. I gained experience and transferable skills that aided me in becoming the best that I could be.

overall I enjoyed working for this company. Cares about the employes and the customer too management was very understanding.
