Pros: staff, pay at the management level
Cons: expectations of job keep growing, new sap system is not all it's cracked up to be, csrs need to be paid on day rates, not by the hour. trucks need to be retired earlier than what they are currently.
It was just time for me to move on. Had a good time while it lasted. Would go back tp work there if the company would get out of the "district" concept....it's not working and is just a cost-saving measure and puts a burden on everyone.
