Management, and the store system/policies were not beneficial to us employees or the customers
Pros: got a higher pay than most other employers
Cons: management, operating system, missed a lot of breaks, helpless
I felt helpless. The only part of my job I could do independently was stocking the shelves. The system the cash registers operate on always requires authorization. On Saturday's when the stores lined up to the back, when all the cashiers are needing authorization, the customers get angry with us. I also only recieved training on the cash registers. Nobody ever taught me how things outback worked, like the computer, the lists, etc. and management seemed non-existant. I enjoyed most of my co-workers, and only a couple of the management members.The policies were also not followed often by the management.
