Requirements:

The Front Of House manager is responsible for the FOH (Front of House) operations including, but not limited to: Front of house preparation, cleaning, table readiness, hosting and expo ; staff hiring and training; as well as washroom sanitation. This person ideally has a minimum of 4-6 years of Front Of House management & leadership experience in a similar high volume and fast paced environment.

You are also required to have excellent management and communication skills & be committed to:

1. Effective management of servers, shift huddle, cash out, server shifting procedure, closing procedure, etc.
2. Outstanding communication to servers and writing logs to General Manager.
3. Ongoing training, development and motivation of the team
