CASHIER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER (Former Employee), Tracy, CA – September 28, 2013
Pros: # of carwashes sold and 40+ hours.
Cons: took away carwash bonuses and our hours.
It was good knowing the regular customers and talking to them. That was the most enjoyable time I had. I had only one Manager that was so AWESOME EVER!!!! She always made sure everything was OK. It was HR, the Corporate Office that was very hard to deal with, they would change their mind way too much, give us Incentives and then take them away. I got – more... along very good with all of my co-workers. – less

Pros: learning independence from working shifts by myself.
Cons: overnight hours, poor management.
A very simple job. I stocked and sold people products. I learned how to deal with uncomfortable situations and upset customers. I enjoyed learning how to work by myself to become more of an independent worker.
Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee), Pearl River, Louisiana – August 18, 2013
A typical day at Shell included stocking the cooler, bagging ice, checking customers out. I had hardworking dedicated co-workers. I enjoyed helping re-leave stress from my co-workers and helping customers get in and out as fast as possible.
Employee (Former Employee), Potterville, MI – August 6, 2013
Pros: meeting customers
Cons: cleaning the bathrooms
Pretty much you go with the flow and get done what you can. I learned how to communicate well with customers and handling money. The management was awesome with his employees. He tried his best to take care of them. The co-workers were okay depending who your working with. The hardest was when someone drove off not paying Gas. The most enjoyable part – more... of the job is going home to be honest. I was a hard worker and always have been, but I will be honest if I liked the job or not. – less
