The Purpose of this position is to provide each customer with a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience, personably communicate and solicit sales opportunities to all leads, to qualify leads, to create customer relationships, and to promote the products and the services of Sheila's Window Toppers & More Ltd. Crowfoot in order to develop our family of customers and increase sales. Job Responsibilities: Greet customers in Showroom and on phone, answer questions, provide pricing, generate customer satisfaction to increase sales of custom blinds, shutters, draperies, furniture, upholstery, wallpaper etc. Book and attend in-home consultations. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in database. Responsible for utilizing professional and articulate communication skills (written and oral) Ensure the timely followup of all customer needs. Ensure internal and external communication on all sales and service related issues. Assist with Showroom customers as needed when availalbe. Attend and Assist with installations. Efficient use of time management in all activities. Exceed minimum daily sales call objectives. Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and monthly quotas. Maintain housekeeping standards within assigned area of responsibility. Maintain proper upkeep of all company tools and equipment. Maintain excellent driving record. Responsible for good daily attendance. Identify and provide training recommendations for oneself. Complete all required training and ongoing training. Hourly rate $15.00 per hour during training
