Outbound calls to customers on behalf of AT&T. Learned a lot about sales and having to deal with customer service even when it wasn't sales oriented.

Love to talk as a rule so talking on the phone would be one of my specialites.....The best part of it was knowing they couldn't see you or you them...so if it was a nasty call ...finish it up and move onto the next one. Great staff and managers,,,still keep in contact with alot of the staff there. Learned alot about computers there and how other companies – more... are run.Great experience for sure. – less

i did like working there the first few months but after a few of the senior people left and new ones stepped in it was very different, i was comfortable there until that point. i found it wasn't up to the standards a company like that shoukd be

I enjoyed working @ Servicom, and the management @ servicom was excellent; would recommend servicom to anyone wishing to start out in a job .

its a normal call center environment you have to kiss butt to be noticed

I sold various at&t product over the phone to previous customer and new customer's. I maintained 90% quality and above. Not a bad place to work, would like consistency with schedules, Coworkers and Supervisors are great! Enjoyed the perks of earning go home early and longer lunch passes, too bad they got rid of that perk.

Working for Servicom LLC was interesting, and a typical work day was always fun. I liked the fact that they were willing to work with my school schedule, and accommodate any needed of days. Since they have hired a new management staff management has been okay, but before, not so much. The co-workers were welcoming and yet competitive, due to bonuses – more... are based upon commission. Interacting with customers over the phone all day. I learned a lot about sales, customers, and customers service in this industry. For the most part my co-workers were okay and supportive. The hardest part of the job was when explaining the product to the customer and they just hang up on you or are trying to quickly end the conversation. What we generally do as a typical day would be to make outbound calls to people who had unpaid student loans. We would try to force them into paying it.

Cold called Allstate Customers to see if they wanted to add the Road Assistance to their plan.

Selling roadside assistance to customers
Boring because you sit inside a cube all day on the making calls.

Trabalhava de segunda a sexta feira, das 07:00 as !5:00 horas. Limpesa de Edifícil comercial. Gerência muito prestativa com os funcionários. Colegas de trabalho ótimos de se trabalhar. um bom trabalho.
