Workplace was,nt verry fun. I personally dont like sitting behind a computer talking to randome people from other places about onstar.

Personally I like to be able to see people and talk face to face. I don't like to sit all day, I would rather be on my feet moving around, then stuck in one place sitting behind a computer.

dealt and overcame problems with customers as well as hooked up radios in their vehicles. Worked with management to be able to handle new situations as they arose. Making a customer satisfied by the end of the call and listening and explaining in a friendly respectful manor.

Great for a summer job but still a open room with many different opinions and attitudes so can be very dramatic but as long as you keep your eye on your goals it's a great opportunity
