• Month end reconciliations such as general ledger, bank statement and corporate credit cards; • Administration of employee benefits, payroll, and maintenance employee files within a specific time frame

Enjoyed working as a technician here and left for other opportunities in the industry. The local managers especially the service manager who used to be there were really supportive and effective. Good team environment and benefits but the wages could be about 10% higher I think. Most techs agreed. They tried keeping you busy and did a good job communicating goals and objectives.

enjoy meeting with a variety of customers and a variety of work from controls to furnaces , AC units to zoning and HRV systems

When the season is slow we are sent home so it is a feast or famine and difficult to balance family .

On call one weekend of every month and one day a week makes family life stressful.

Co-workers are great and share any information pertinent to new technology . Plenty of updates in innovation of new ductless split systems.
