The incumbent will principally be responsible for undertaking and co-ordinating all office and warehouse tasks as and when assigned

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Abide by the laws and by-laws of the company and the country of operations acting as a role model setting corporate standards and expectations both, internally and externally.
Abide by all policies and procedures including company set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Record, all accounting transactions in the ERP system including, but not limited to, generating and mailing invoices, managing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Generate daily reports such as Shipments, Sales, and Realizations reports, etc.
Ensure that warehouse is maintained in accordance with GMP standards and regulations.
Receive shipment of products and compare product list against delivery manifest to detect errors and/or omissions.
Maintain appropriate records of incoming and outgoing products in accordance to in-house inventory system for internal accounting records.
Conduct monthly physical counts of inventory against counts listed on OPICS (Order Processing and Inventory Control System) to ensure accuracy.
Handle product orders provided by the Office Manager via OPICS by picking and packing products from inventory and scheduling product pickups, bot internal and external.
Process and deliver orders to clients as and when required.
Abide and enforce all Health and Safety regulations as dictated by the company and by legislation.
Work with Operations to create necessary operational documents and transition activities.
Proactively research, analyze, and recommend updates and improvements to existing systems.
Other administrative duties related to the Office and Warehouse as assigned.

College diploma or University degree from an accredited institution or equivalent career and/or performance experience attained.
Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, inventory control, and management systems and procedures.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, presentation, written, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong follow-through, strong attention to details, resourceful in resolving issues and troubleshooting questions and issues as they arise.
Must posses a valid Ontario driver's license that is in good standing.
An aptitude for advancing community, social, and environmental interests through volunteering and mentoring initiatives.
Fluency in French (both written, and spoken) an asset.
