We are currently seeking to hire in our B2B Customer Service Department. We are looking for a motivated professional to work from our office in Downtown Montreal. This is a full-time permanent position which schedule runs from Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. This position is a stepping stone to our Relationship Manager position. The ideal candidate will ensure proper setup of the accounts. They will provide the highest level of support through inbound/outbound calls and email. Improving the customers’ experience and maintaining their loyalty by providing outstanding service is our ultimate goal.

Position Tasks:

  • Respond to customer’s inquiries about their merchant accounts
  • Helping newly acquired customers with their integration experience
  • Co-ordinate with industry partners to help resolve issues
  • Provide excellent and ongoing Customer Service

Skills Needed:

  • Ability to maintain excellent rapport with your customer base.
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Organizational skills, self-management, and reliability
  • Excellent computer and technical skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Complete fluency in English
  • Experience in merchant processing is an asset
