Seko Construction Ltd. is looking for a full-time office manager / accounting assistant to work in our Calgary office.
The role details are as follows:
Accounts Payable – coding, entering into Jonas (accounting system), printing and distributing cheques
Accounts Receivable – preparing and submitting invoices to clients
Sub-Contracts – entering contracts into Jonas, getting them out to sub-trades, signed and returned
Banking - deposit cheques
New Employee Start-up – get forms signed and enter employee information into Jonas
Reception – phones, couriers, mail
Office Management – manage supplies and service for office equipment, order office supplies and stationary, vehicle registrations
