We are an Oilfield Service Company seeking a full time Administrative Assistant in Spruce Grove, AB to start ASAP. Office Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job duties:
Sorting mail and arranging courier pickups
Answering phones
Order and maintain office supplies
Data entry
Accounts payable
Bank deposits
Processing PO's
Maintaining PO logs
Track and manage company credit cards
GST Returns
Keep track of all bank accounts
Provide weekly cash flow reports
Provide administrative support to controller
Other various office duties as requested.

Previous office/basic accounting experience is an asset.

Must be organized, reliable, and be fluent in English.
