I have submitted my resume for several weeks, and no response from them at all. I have more experience and skill sets than the job posting required, but the toughest part in all job search is to the prospective employers to pay attention to your resume. I did everything they have taught to make the resume stands out. If I can get some tips from the previous employees of how Seagate's hiring process works, and perhaps the hiring manager's name would be very helpful. The hiring manager's name and contact info for the Sr. Collection Specialist position is what I am looking for. Thank you.

This is very true. Seagate has no bones about using the workforce and laying off when the need is done. If you can rub the right elbows, and feed the right person's ego, you can manage. They will offer higher pay, and then hold you hostage.
