Outbound Associate (Current Employee), Athens TexasAugust 12, 2014
Warehouse work and everything that comes with that; hot/cold climate and dirty conditions. Nice starting pay with good pay potential. 10.5 hour days 5 days a week with normally 2 mandatory 4 hour days each month.

I've never worked anywhere that fired so many people
Software Developer (Current Employee), Fort Collins, COJuly 29, 2014
Pros: interesting work, good co-workers
Cons: dissenting opinions (i.e., honest) not welcome
The culture here has changed a lot over the years, for the worse. You need to be a positive extrovert to fit in, and agree with everything your boss says. If not, you are apt to be fired, even though there aren't enough employees to do the work.

Challenging but great work/life balance with flexible schedule
Marketing Communications Writer (Former Employee), Clovis, CAJuly 24, 2014
Engaging and challenging work environment that provided great work/life balance and a flexible schedule (including telecommuting on a regular basis...earned through merit and commitment). Also good compensation/benefits and job security/advancement...until a group of us were laid off :( but I understand that "business is business." It was still a great – more... place to work and was an enjoyable, long lasting career. – less

The Co Workers were the best part
Technical Support Engineer (Former Employee), West Kingston, RIJuly 23, 2014
The management has since declined and really are just yes men and number crunchers.. however the people in the trenches were productive and awesome.

The benefits and compensation were great and opportunity to advance was there for the taking!

Poor internal communication with little hope of advancement
Meteorologist (Current Employee), Burnsville, MNJuly 16, 2014
Rotating shifts with preference given to those with tenure. Seven years with no tenure. Applications to other departments go unanswered. People stick around because they love meteorology, but inhospitable towards people with other ambitions.

productive and nonroutine always something new
Lead Construction Electrician (Former Employee), Houston, TXJuly 15, 2014
Pros: company truck, help when you needed it.
Cons: blame not where needed, hardly any accountability
Great place to work if management practiced what they preach, not too keen on ethics. Profit over people, allow accountability. Meetings on scope of work, safety issues of job. It was difficult to learn to do things their way. The most enjoyable was non- routine.

Work nature is fun
Turbo Machinery Control Application Engineer (Current Employee), CairoJuly 4, 2014
Pros: work nature is great
Cons: long hours, no lunch included, not much benefits
The work nature is great, you learn alot in that company.
Sometimes you have to work for long stressed hours without much recognition but what keeps one going is that i like what i do.
If the company gives more attention to employees needs it would be awesome.
