Productive and fun place with ping pong table
Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee), Leesport, PASeptember 9, 2014
A typical day at work includes assembling panels for 8 hours a day. Monday through Friday and Saturdays if you wanted to work. My co-workers were awesome, they were like my second family. The hardest part of the job was trying to reach into small spaces to wire these panels. The most enjoyable part of the job was finishing a panel and having another – more... co-worker says it loos great. Another enjoyable part of my job was just having awesome co-workers, – less

Team Leader (Former Employee), Loves Park, ILAugust 27, 2014
Pros: pay for performance and great benifits
Cons: uncertain economy
A fast paced environment with a diversified product line. Be prepared each day for any issues or barriers that happen. Management was always available to give advise and consult to help reach the company goals. We worked as a team so I could depend on coworkers to help out when needed. The hardest part of the job was staying positive during the plant – more... closure. The most enjoyable part was hitting our goals and being able to communicate them to my team. – less

Too political
Employee (Current Employee), Leesport, PAAugust 20, 2014
Pros: benefits and compensation
Cons: too political and corporate fakery
People say things are different in other plants but this plant is really political. You stick with the top management here and no matter how much you screw up, you get the perks of being in the inner circle(Raises, career advancements, Corporate credit cards).
Benefits are very good.
Internal mobility is high.

Software Developer (Current Employee), Fort Collins, COJuly 29, 2014
Pros: interesting work, good co-workers
Cons: dissenting opinions (i.e., honest) not welcome
The culture here has changed a lot over the years, for the worse. You need to be a positive extrovert to fit in, and agree with everything your boss says. If not, you are apt to be fired, even though there aren't enough employees to do the work.
