We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic sales professionals to join our already successful sales team selling factory built housing. This position requires the individual to have strong consumer oriented sales skills, strong organizational skills and sound leadership experience. Candidates must be customer focused and be willing to do what is necessary to help our many clients experience the benefits of home ownership. In a world where home ownership is becoming more and more challenging for a growing percentage of our population, we still have the opportunity to turn the dream of home-ownership into a reality by offering homes at less than 60% of the cost of conventional site built construction. Simply put, more people can afford our homes than any other sector of the housing market, and for a true sales professional looking to maximize his or her income potential, this is indeed, the opportunity of a lifetime.

We are the world’s largest independent retailer of factory built housing with over 60 years in business, selling well over 500 homes per year throughout Canada. Our business has increased steadily over the past 3 years through both increased sales on existing locations as well as through acquisitions and mergers. We are a privately held, family owned company built on solid business principles and family oriented values.

Job responsibilities:

Meet, greet and interview prospective buyers that contact us via walk-in traffic, advertising generated leads and Internet generated inquiries.

Help your clients select a home design and floor-plan that meets their needs and their budget.

Explain the basic delivery and construction process to the prospective buyer.

Once the sale has been secured, assist the company by communicating with our support departments and our factories, in the management of the delivery and construction process until funds are collected.

Primary Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of successful and verifiable, large ticket sales experience. No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years. A prior income level of no less than $ 75,000 per year while in sales. A valid driver’s license. The desire to do what is necessary to be successful in our industry.

In addition to these requirements, the “ideal” candidate will also have at least 3 years experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

Mortgage and lending, Real Estate Sales, Construction management, Managerial experience and aspirations

Income:

While this is ultimately a performance driven position, we offer the following: Generous commission rates (Highest in the industry), Advancement potential

Income expectation:

To meet minimum performance requirements you will be expected to earn a minimum of $100,000 per year. Our top sales professionals will make in excess of $ 250,000.00
