This is really a great company to work for. I realize that whenever one is seen as monopolistic in nature that no one ever views them as having a 'heart'. Well this company made up of brilliant people, do! There are so many peoples in the world whose lives have been saved by Sanofi Pasteur Vacines and many of them use our products atleast once in alifetime.; – more... that alone counts for much.
Culture & environment provided for employes is greately healthy.
People within the organization love each other,they always believe in solidarity.Everyone working in the organization are self motivated & doing excellent all the time.
Here one have to create the niche for ownself.

My day started at 2pm - 10pm on a rotating schedule. I learned a great deal about vaccination production, distribution, and the importance of protocols. I worked with a great group of coworkers as well as managers. The job was pretty straight forward and ran pretty smooth majority of the time. I wouldn't say it was so much difficult but it was challenging, – more... working with such a large group, which required you to adapt to so many different personalities. My most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that I played a vital part in the production, that will help some ailing individual, or maybe even save a life. – less

Company has breeded a culture of resentment among employees.

The starting time is flexible. As a Lab Tech, I did not find any difficulties with co-workers or management.

Great place to work when it was Aventis Pasteur... has gone downhill every year since being acquired by Sanofi. Benefit, pension, 401K have ALL been reduced by Sanofi. NO concern for employee moral. Would NOT apply for a position at this company. Salary and benefits below market at this point in time and will most likely degrade further over time.

Very good pay levels for the area. Actual employees are outnumbered by subcontractors. Most of the workers are supplied through an Agency. Forward looking company. High levels of security due to industry. Huge installation, car park was almost a mile from the main office building. Sanofi Pasteur offers an excellent cooperative education program which prepares the student for work in an industrial setting by providing meaningful projects and assignments to its co-op employees. Each co-op is assigned a mentor within their department. The mentor aids the co-op by providing advice and support throughout the various projects which – more... are assigned. Overall, Sanofi Pasteur is a great company to work for as a co-op student in which the work and tasks that are assigned are meaningful and contribute to the overall company, instead of just being assigned "busy work." – less

I really enjoyed working for this company, it is too bad that I was only a seasonal employee.

This place just wants some one to throw under the bus for thier mistakes. They will fire someone for nothing. If you want to be fired just to be a name on paperwork please work there. Try another company. Jobs are scarce so you may need to work here but dont stop your job search.

good team members helpful and also knowledgeable. I get good training and good friendly environmental.

The company offers a lot of opportunity - to grow, to learn, and to develop. The benefits are wonderful, in addition to time off. The growth is amazing, and job security is very promising. I would stay at this company until retirement if I wanted to stay in NEPA forever.

Top to Bottom level of the company people's are friendly and the management people are very high hearted people.

bon dans l'ensemble juste un problème avec l'ambiance due au plan de restructuration...

journée d'équipe, horaires décalés; management correcte; la plupart des collaborateurs excellents, dans leurs professionnalismes; rien de bien difficile si ce n'est l'intolérance de certains collègues et beaucoup de stresse lié je pense à la Qualité/Production/Nom ;
le plus agréable, quand pas de stresse, très bonne ambiance, bonne production,bon management, – more... égale productivité/qualité. – less
