The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining day-to-day client relationships and responding to client needs. The person in this position thrives on client satisfaction achieved through attention to detail and the building of strong personal connections.

Responsibilities

  • Act as new client’s first point of contact
  • Manage existing and new client accounts
  • Review project processes with clients
  • Serve as internal advocate for client requirements
  • Monitor changes in project scope
  • Develop incremental revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and work requests
  • Prepare user documentation and deliver client training on websites/software developed
  • Follow up with clients post-project

Experience & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in client services and/or project management, preferably in a tech-related industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build positive relationships
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience instructing adult learners
